After intercourse, the fluid is returned to the reservoir to return the penis to its flaccid state.

2. Malleable Penile Prosthesis: This prosthesis is a semi-rigid device that can be bent into a position suitable for sexual activity. It remains permanently firm but can be adjusted as needed. While it doesn't offer the same level of flaccidity as a natural penis, it provides a reliable and simple solution for achieving an erection.
